The next Buddha might not take the form of an individual, but as a community showing us the way of love and compassion
– Thich Nhat Han
Our Beliefs:
We have been given free will and it is our responsibility to create and define ourselves as who we choose to be.
We choose love: Love of Self and Love of Other, not one without the other.
We believe that each of us has direct access to guidance, and we honor and listen to the voice of our inner guidance.
We feel the emotions and sensations in our bodies and value the feedback they provide. We view feelings as an invitation to deeper presence and awareness.
We believe that we all carry trauma and we are proactive in healing our trauma, both individually and in the context of family and chosen family.
We choose community as an integral part of our healing journey and believe that in community we co-create a field that helps and accelerates our healing and growth.
We believe that everything is co-created, and proactively take responsibility for our part by asking what is mine to see/learn/own here? We understand that when we shift, the entire dynamic shifts.
We are guided by the question, “Does it serve me, you and the greater whole?” We move forward if it is a yes to all three and strive to pause or iterate when any of these is a no.
We believe that it is our sacred duty to learn how to honor all beings as sacred.
